Free Shipping
Buy 2 or more twelve packs (or any order over $79), UPS Ground Shipping is free. If you ship UPS Next Day Air or 2^nd Day Air, we'll knock off up to $15 from your shipping charges at checkout. All sweetriot products qualify for reaching the $79 amount except for gift certificates.

Summertime Shipping - 2 Day Shipping Needed
Some like it hot, but chocolate doesn't! Chocolate begins to melt at around 70 degrees. So come summertime (May - September) we need to speed up delivery of your yummy cacao and include an ice pack in your shipment so it can beat the heat for at least 2 days.

If you are within 2 days of UPS's Ground shipping from the NYC area, you can ship via UPS Ground. If not, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

Estimating your Shipment Arrival Date
Orders placed by 6pm EST Monday thru Friday are processed the same business day. The UPS Man or Woman picks it up and ships it the following business day. Your cacao takes the weekend off (it can get pretty hot hanging out at UPS over the wknd), so we only ship Monday through Thursday... ensuring your cacao arrives the same week it ships.

International Shipping

UK Rioters
We ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited, the lowest priced UPS shipping option into the UK. We also add on an additional $20 to cover import costs such as VAT, duties, ice pack, and additional UPS import charges so that all of your import & shipping costs are included when you place your order. Estimated transit time is 3 days.

Canadian Rioters
For Ontario and Quebec shipments, we recommend using UPS Standard to Canada because estimated transit time to major cities in those provinces is 2 days. We charge the UPS Standard rate plus $45 to cover import costs (GST, PST, brokerage, ice pack, and other UPS import charges). Outside of Ontario and Quebec, we need to ship UPS Worldwide Expedited to get you your chocolate-covered cacao within 2 days transit time during summer months. We charge the UPS shipping rate plus $20 to cover import costs.
